What does INSIGHT ARTS provide?
Make a difference to your children’s
learning by providing CPD in Art Music
Dance Drama and our ARTSTART5 programme
A bespoke support
programme designed to improve children’s
learning, in consultation with the head
teacher, which typically includes:-
Workshops for
teachers to learn new approaches to
improve learning and teaching through
the arts

Teachers working with a consultant to
plan stimulating lessons

Consultants supporting teacher
confidence over time -

Demonstrating lessons within your school
with your chosen teacher’s classes

Sustaining development over time
It is vital , if our
work is going to be effective ,that you
choose teachers who can engage in the
project positively and influence
practice in your school.
Each time we visit
your school we will expect to work with
the same teachers so that expertise can
be nurtured over time. Some cover will
be required to allow for productive
discussion with our consultant .
Basic package includes:-

Consultant to clarify with your
headteacher what professional
development outcomes your school needs
and agree a bespoke schedule of support.

days of specialist consultant support
which may include:

initial workshop for 5 to 20 teachers
